I was one of the beneficiaries when PBS organized a group purchase of the Graham Duncan book, The Amaryllidaceae of Southern Africa (with beautiful illustrations by Barbara Jeppe and her daughter Leigh Voigt) a few years ago. I don't know how much of a headache that was, though, or if it is realistic to do so today... (I wouldn't object to an order for Oron Peri's Bulbs of the Eastern Mediterranean, but I may be able to do that myself.)
