Finding additional qualified volunteers when we already have serious problems at times finding volunteers is a major concern. Posting to both? Not going to happen for me - no time. I find that the Subject line is a good clue as to whether I proceed to read an email or not. Folks have been pretty good overall at putting in appropriate words. My business and society communications are conducted by email, for privacy and ability to be detailed, plus I use Outlook which is up and running when I'm on the computer. Keeping things simple is, I admit, a bit of fetish with me, but many years of experience has taught me when to be complicated and when to run from it...
