As of October 1, people newly joining PBS receive paid membership for the remainder of 2019 and all of 2020. If you subscribe to this list but haven't invested in a paid membership, this is the best time of year to do that. Dues-paying members receive a printed quarterly, color-illustrated newsletter and the privilege of ordering items from the Bulb and Seed Exchange (BX).
