Some of the Rock Garden Societies (North American, Scottish, etc.) offer garden collected seeds of Nomocharis (and probably Notholirion) from time to time.
If you're interested in commercial sources, you can look at the Chinese Alpines website. They offer wild collected seed of some Nomocharis species as well as a number of Chinese Lilium species. They should have a new seed list this fall. They do not ship to the USA but I believe they still ship to Canada.
