Hi Diana, Oxalis ptychoclada is related to what I call Oxalis peduncularis, a succulent petioled species. It is not tuberous so treat it as you would a fibrous-rooted plant. Give it a well-draining medium, along with plenty of sunlight. Without lots of light and low water, members of this group will etiolate and look nothing like if they were grown "hard".
