Amaryllis AND. Lycoris

I guess some of the gardens in Ireland and the UK could grow these
together. The Lycoris more in the shade where it stays cooler and damp
(nooooo problem with that!) and the Amaryllis against a south-facing
foundation. I've seen nice beds of Amaryllis blooming in botanic gardens
around Dublin.

I grow Hippeastrum and Lycoris.Amaryllis will grow here, but never blooms
for me.It wilts and dies back in the heat, even in spring.

Dear PBS era,

After our posts about the differences between the two genera, I am
curious if there is any location where a person could actually grow BOTH
Lycoris and Amarylllis in te same garden location outdoors in the ground.

Does such a place exist?

Thanks Jim W.
