Here in the North West of England people have planted the verges at the side of the roads with daffodils. This idea has spread from one community to another. 50 years ago there must have been none, now there are lots. Left undisturbed they go on and on. ******************************************In Berkshire, UK, one roadside verge of daffodils has been underplanted with Camassia. Not a common bulb outside of gardeners interests. I am sure many drivers passing will think they are bluebells or hyacinths.
