In this drought year my garden is looking very stressed, but right now I have a lot of Oxalis and Cyclamen in bloom and they are wonderful. It also seems to be a good year for Gladiolus carmineus, blooming now. My Amaryllis belladonna and hybrids have been blooming in four spurts, which actually has been nice since with my shady garden I never have a lot of them bloom and when one has finished another has started several weeks later. As I am still repotting I found in a pot in one of my raised beds I hadn't repotted since 2009 a lot of unknown bulbs that I am sure are Oxalis. I'm not sure which one and I don't have a note of any blooming in that pot. The corms look like they could be Oxalis flava (there are many forms of that), maybe O. hirta, or perhaps Oxalis fabaefolia. I thought about sending them to Dell, but don't know what they are or just tossing them. There are enough for several people so if anyone in the United States (so I don't have to deal with postage issues) who doesn't now grow Oxalis (or those taxa) and likes to try mystery bulbs wants them, contact me PRIVATELY with your address and I'll send them on. If there are a lot of requests people who follow directions and make me smile will have the best chance of receiving them. Membership in the Pacific Bulb Society is not required. Mary Sue
