Hi Steve,

I think you're right. That and a couple of other factors were definitely not to the clivia's liking, but I've learned a lot form that experience and that's why I'm a little cautious on the use of coir.

Hi Fred perhaps the clivias didn't like the times when the coco retains moisture, they aren't fond of wet roots
