ExampleSpreadsheet.xlsx (pbs@lists.ibiblio.org)

Hi Kipp:
Yes, unfortunately it looks like a pdf file.
Not what I intended, however I was able to open the document by Selecting
File/Open With/Google Spreadsheets. Not sure if only the 'owner' can do
that or if everyone can (the desired outcome). Would you mind checking and
letting me know the results. If you can't open it then I would greatly
appreciate any assistance with copying it in a format everyone can open.
Many thanks,
Boyce Tankersley

Boyce,
Google drive has its own spreadsheet format and you can import/translate
your Excel file into that via Google Drive. You seem to have uploaded a PDF
of the spreadsheet - and that will not be editable as a spreadsheet in
google Drive. Let me know if you need more information.
If we agree that this could be a good endeavor for the society, we could
always create a "documents@pacificbulbsociety.org" account that could be
the "owner" of the shared documents. That might be better than depending on
one person and their personal account to admin the documents.
