What is blooming mid-October- Hyacinthoides (scilla) lingulata

Not all Hyacinthoides lingulata  follow these described growth pattern of blooming a month after showing leaves, 
some bloom before the foliage emerges.
i posted some photos of various different forms of Hyacinthoides lingulata  on the SRGC forum over the past few months and there is a bit of discussion as well.
