Thank you all those who mentioned what they used themselves. I was also asked why one was better than the other. As the Tui potting mix has chicken fertiliser in it, and Dalton's has osmocote, my guess is that the chicken fertiliser gives a big boost but not for long, while Dalton's would be slow release fertiliser, so it all depends on what one wants it for. With my seedlings of Zephyranthes and Habranthus and a few others, it is important to me they grow quickly. So Tui is best for me, but Dalton's would suit better for a permanent container grown bulb.
