Lilium brownei and sulphureum are likely candidates also. Both are reported from north to north-central Vietnam. Ll. formosanum (and philippinense) and L. longiflorum come from subtropical regions. I have seen L. formosanum naturalized (and growing freely from seed) in subtropical countries.
