In Louisiana, the blooming of S. rosulatum signifies spring for me. I have seen color forms anywhere from blue (which is most common) to yellow, to a rare pink form. The blue ones weave themselves amongst the St. Augustine grass in the lawn. It would be so fantastic to have a lot more of them.
