PBS list new web page

Hi,

I've produced a new home page for this list:

http://www.pacificbulbsociety.org/list.php

This allows you to subscribe, change your subscription settings, view
and search the archive of previous postings.

It was possible to do all this before, the new page brings things
together in one place and makes them easier. The old ways of doing
things still work.

I'd be interested in any suggestions for improvements.
