The name "International Bulb Society" is already in use; until 20 or 25
years ago, it was known as the American Plant Life Society. I.B.S.
publishes the journal HERBERTIA on an occasional
basis. See: http://www.bulbsociety.org/
The redirection suggestion would certainly work for whatever name(s) were
adopted.
