But now, I think you meant: as a result of some unknown environmental
trigger, many different Colchicum species germinate, no matter how
many years they've been buried in their seedpots.
Yes, that is what I meant. I sometimes see COlchicum species planted in
three or four consecutive years producing a few seedlings within the space
of a week or two in the same year.
