Hello everyone. Besides the list of prohibited imports, there is a second list people need to be aware of, this list is the PERMITTED plant list. If the seed is not listed on the prohibited list, you need to do a second check, to check that it is on the Permitted list, if it isn't on the permitted list, contact the quarantine department and get it added (ie they will check the plant for it's weediness potential). I have approached the WA quarantine to have Gardenii seeds put on the permitted list (yes, I know, as of 6 months ago it was illegal to bring in Gardenii I'm pretty sure it was Gardenii clivia). somehow, unknowingly I have heaps of these plants already, So please also check the permitted list, also Angela albany Western Australia They say it's going to be 39 celcius on Monday, I'm certainly not looking forward to it.
