Off topic: international mail delays

Thanks for the feedback, Kelly. Actually, I'm awaiting two packages,
air-mailed from Europe the 13th and 16th. I lost thousands of
dollars worth of bulbs because of mail slowdowns in the early
post-9/11 years. I had switched to freight as much as possible but
the mail problems appeared to have been resolved over the past 2 or 3
years. Perhaps not....
