Crocus in bloom today here in Maryland include three species blooming in both typical and white forms: C. speciosus, C. goulimyi and C. pulchellus; C. kotschyanus, C. boryi, C. serotinus salzmannii, and C. medius are blooming in typical forms; and C. asumaniae, which had two flowers a few weeks ago, has put up a third. C. cartwrightianus was blooming until a few day ago. And these are just the early ones.
