Hi Lauw: No, it hasn't bloomed. It was a little joke. I picked a white flower from O. purpurea and put it in the O. palmifrons because everyone was complaining that it never bloomed!! I have two different collections, but I still think both are the same commercial one and that it is a non-blooming clone, like O. melanosticta 'Ken Aslet'. I have two other clones of O. melanosticta that bloom very well.
