Cistus (your home for zonal denial) is still a going concern in Portland OR.
Try Greig Warner at Burnt Bridge Creek Nursery in Vancouver, WA for Pleione.
I had several unnamed selections from them growing in the ground while I was
in the Willamette Valley. They did quite well in a sheltered corner with
morning sun.

Merrill in Palo Alto, CA zone 9/10 where the ants are on their mating
flight today..
