Private: Re: Dahlia Imperialis/white and double white

When I was head of Hort at UC Davis we grew a lovely double white
that had the temerity to fall flat over just before blooming. I still
have it kicking around somewhere in the ground and would be happy to
share a piece.

**Where would I find seeds for the white and the double white? Anyone?
I located a source for the double white in CA (Annie's Annuals), but
the plant isn't available now.
Plant Delights has a nice double lavender, which is tempting.

Mine came from several different sources, but they are all the single
lavender one.
