Dear All; Since it has yet to have a hard freeze there are some odd combination in bloom right now. The last Crocus speciosum and banaticus ( 2 color forms) vie with first Galanthus reginae-olgae. And Crocus sativus has come and gone very fast. Maybe 2 days of peak and then nothing. The first Moreaea polystachys opened too and a week or more without frost, promises more to come.A rare occurrence. A second (or third) round of stems on Alstroemeria psitticina is in full bloom, too. and the nearby figs (Celeste?) are ripening abundantly. Surprises scattered around the yard. What next?
