I was going to write in the same thing. My package says they were incorrectly identified in the catalog and are really Valotta. So what does that mean? (Because Valotta is now Cyrtanthus elata, and although I've seen red, pink, and white ones, I've never seen yellow ones, and the package label says it comes in all four colors.) Plus, the picture doesn't look like C. elata (and the leaves in the background don't look like amaryllid leaves). And Alberto says they look like Chilean Rhodophiala. I wonder what's going on? --Lee Poulsen Pasadena area, California, USDA Zone 9-10 Pacific Bulb Society - Secretary wpoulsen@pacbell.net >Alberto: > > We ordered the phycella/rhodophiala from Dutch Gardens.
