Dear All, I am back and am disappointed that no one contributed to the topic of the week in my absence. I know Mark McDonough has told us about some of his favorite bulb combinations in the past, but don't know if he has time to refresh our memories. In the two days left is anyone willing to tell us about bulbs that are pleasing planted together. Maybe it would be something you planned and found worked or maybe it was an accident that appeared and you liked or maybe it was something you saw in a garden. Martin in his intro. to Muscari wrote: "At the famous Keukenhof Gardens in Lisse, Holland, I have seen them planted as a blue 'river', used en masse." I'm trying to remember from pictures I have seen whether these were with red tulips. Some of you who work at botanical gardens may also be able to tell us which ones have worked there. Presumably some of those are planted every year. Let's not have this topic go down as the only one no one contributed to. Thanks. Mary Sue
