Hi all, A bit late for the Albuca's but anyway. I have Albuca rupestris growing in the garden doing very well. Although a large plant (bulb about 5 inches in diameter) it does not seem to mind the cold as it quite happily tollerates -2C. In the field across the road grows Albuca setosa and Albuca pachyclamus in a couple of inches of soil. The whole are is shale. Cheers, Digby Boswell Pietermaritzburg (Zone 6)
