Hello: Thanks so much for your rain lily posts! I have grown only a pink variety commercially in the past in Oregon. * Very dry summers (June 15-Sep 15)- Under daily irrigation so they didn't bloom much * very wet fall/winter/spring (Sep 15-June 15) * Usually 3-4 nights of 15oF is the coldest we get * This variety was fine in a 4" pot outdoors I am now involved with a women's shelter building an e-commerce platform for unrooted cold hardy succulents for wholesale markets. Thinking of adding more categories to our production of starter material for wholesale nurseries. I would be most interested in how to get them to multiply for quick production. Some other plants I have grown multiply more quickly if they don't bloom. (Ex: Heliconia.) Any thoughts? (Of course, any rain lily materials donated to our stock gardens would also be lovely 🙂) ann Ann Detweiler 541.979.0885 (Cell) NLF Learning Center Administrator 5119 River Rd N.
