Does a seed import license solve this?

Subject: [pbs] Importing seed to the EU and the UK

Hello David and Rod,

The problem for the EU Seed and Bulb Exchange is exactly as David says it: yes, we could send seed to the UK but we cannot receive donations from the UK members.
We do very much regret that the UK members no longer can participate in the EU exchange. But taking the current situation into account it would be a non sustainable one way road for an exchange if mail would only flow into one direction. This is why we had to stop serving our UK members.

Uli
