I was very excited to receive an Ismene hawkesii bulb. But I’ve a dilemma. I was about to plant it but remembered I’m going away the whole of June till mid July. I will have someone come in to water plants once week. However I read (may be wrong info) that it needs to be consistently wet , ie. It may not survive drying out. I’m in 9b in SF Peninsula where there’s low humidity and temps are high 70s to high 80s . Im thinking of keeping the planted. I’ll in a pot indoors. Should I plant now or wait till after I return in mid-July? And when it sprouts, should I put it outdoors? -Elaine J. _______________________________________________ pbs mailing list pbs@lists.pacificbulbsociety.net https://lists.pacificbulbsociety.net/cgi-bin/… Unsubscribe: <mailto:pbs-unsubscribe@lists.pacificbulbsociety.net> PBS Forum https://…
