Air Pruning

I see the Anderson band pots would have that effect.
I guess you could put a wad of sphagnum moss in the narrow ones or
landscape cloth in the wider ones.
For all-fabric pots you would probably need to form the soil into a well on
top to insure watering and it might help with those having a solid band at
the top too unless you had some method to periodically flood them.
