Yes you can. I got 100% (actually, closer to 200%) success from chipping several crosses and about 20% from twin scaling. The hybrids were bulbispermum x ligulatum, bulbispermum x fimbriatulum, and bulbispermum x (scabrum x fimbriatulum).
