I didn’t think CITES restricted movement of orchid seed. Seeds of hardy orchids cross international borders all the time in the NARGS/AGS/SRGC seed exchanges. Bulbs are a whole other matter. Cyclamen and galanthus can’t cross an international border without a CITES permit no matter how obvious it is that this particular bulb is garden grown. I’m thinking of all those galanthus bulbs that change hands for ridiculous sums of money.
