It will be interesting to see if the plants are hardy in your climate and grow as a perennial. If so, the root will eventually get big like a sweet potato or horseradish and then be suitable for harvesting to use in the preparation of mojo bags. You might not have a lot of obeah practitioners in your area so the market might be limited, though. Good luck!
