All my winter bulbs are thriving as attested in attachments but advice needed re E.calfornicum and Dichelostemia idamaia that have not come up, have I planted them in the wrong season or are they just finicky? From a sunny day in Northern California after lots of fog and rain and frost. Note my frost cover setup.
