Would a weak solution of bleach & water be a good idea? I'm thinking in terms of a quick swish or dunk (rinse the roots maybe?) and then allow to dry before re-potting. The dry time, a few minutes at most, would allow the bleach to vaporize so it doesn't linger in the fresh soil. When you can't smell the bleach on the bulb or aerial parts, it's ready for repotting. Obviously, examining the extent of infection during this would probably be a good thing. :-) And I concur with totally fresh soil & a well-scrubbed (& bleached & dried?) pot, then into better light & air movement. A grow-light might be an idea. Just thinking ...
