Dear All, Here are some more pictures of the spring flowers in the Algarve on the very south western tip of Portugal. Due to COVID restrictions of varying degrees I could and cannot move as freely as I would like, so I missed the flowers of Scilla vicentina in its type location, the Cabo de São Vicente. But I still like to share the pictures of them in green seed. The first picture shows gladiolus illyricus The second picture is of a stunning meadow full of orchis italica The third picture shows Scilla vicentina in seed, growing in pure sand The last picture is a view across the cliffs near the Cape of St. Vincent. Hope the pictures get through.... Bye for now Uli -------------- next part -------------- A non-text attachment was scrubbed...
