Tsuh Yang, are you referring to crow garlic, Allium vineale? Round little leaves, no flower but instead a head of little single scale bulbs in a cluster that sometimes sprout to form a green haired head. There were raps growing in the woods in Wilton Connecticut but I have not seen them here in New jersey. Not a bulb, but also in Connecticut were wild fox grapes, very aromatic and made a marvelous jelly.
