Dear All, Thank you very much, Luminita for yet another BX and SX. I would like to comment on my donation. All the seed I sent is for autumn sowing in the northern hemisphere except the Hippeastrum and Lilium seed. Due to considerable delays in international air mail my donation arrived so late that it could not be included in the last SX in 2020. So if you get your share of this seed: do not sow it now but keep it in a fridge (not freezer) until the autumn. Lilium seed can be sown now, for the Hippeastrum seed I recommend the water flotation method. It is surprising how well even stored seed germinates this way. For members in the Southern Hemisphere the seed of winter growing bulbs can be sown now, of course. Bye for now Uli _______________________________________________ pbs mailing list pbs@lists.pacificbulbsociety.net http://lists.pacificbulbsociety.net/cgi-bin/… Unsubscribe: <mailto:pbs-unsubscribe@lists.pacificbulbsociety.net>
