Sounds like an easy fix! It reminds me of when I was treasurer for a local chapter of ASMInternational and had to fill out all sorts of budgetary forms at the end of the year. I had to estimate our next year's expenses and reconcile the current year's expenses by expense category and send the report to the national headquarters. After doing this a few times I started thinking it would be a lot easier if the budgeting categories were the same as the year end expense categories so I called them up and asked about it since there was little similarity. Apparently in the 90+ years none of the 100+ chapters had mentioned that they were different before. This only confirmed my suspicion that they probably threw the reports in a pile in the corner.
