I should add that you need to provide the physical (street) address of the APHIS station in question in order to generate the label. Note also that my import permit only had Eucomis listed, but I ended up ordering a few other things, e.g., Ledebouria, Drimiopsis, etc. The gal in ATL pointed this out when we were talking, said she'd give me a break because none of the things are on CITES or otherwise problematic, but that I need to add all the things to my permit going forward. That was very neighborly, because she could've tossed them in the trash. So when you are setting up the permit, or any time later, go to the APHIS web site and make sure all pertinent genera are on the list. It costs nothing extra to add them, if I recall correctly.
