I did receive the order confirmation, but I never received a packet recently. So, that's not an email problem. I don't even know if some packet was lost in the mail and I still have to pay for its content, however. Never sent or never received? I can understand that sometimes no item was available, but it's strange that this only happened recently and always. Providing the tracking number, at least for the foreign dispatches (or stating that no packet was sent), would be great, but maybe it would involve too much extra work. Gianluca Corazza, Italy.
