Also, if you're like me, and you remove your seeds from the freezer several times a year to pick ones to start, you want to do it in a way that won't reduce the storage life. When you take a cold storage container from the freezer and immediately open it, moisture will condense on the container. Over time, this can reduce seed life due to increased moisture in storage. To avoid this, put the containers from the freezer to the fridge and only bring to room temperature after an hour or so in the fridge. I also usually use two layers of container, small plastic bags within larger sealable Ziplock bags or jars. That way you don't expose the seeds directly to changing air temperature and moisture.
