A couple of points on use of Zoom for this sort of thing: * Anybody can sign up for a free account which has full functionality (you can share-screen to show powerpoint or whatever), but limits number of participants to 100 and length to 40 min. * Right sort of paid account (institutional or not) can remove either/both of those limits ($200/yr = unlimited time, up to 300 participants) * Hosts (regardless of account type) can assign 'co-host' privilege to any other participant, and that other person can then share screen, etc. freely. Another option: You can use Zoom (including free version) to record a presentation, and then share it as an .mpg (doesn't allow interaction, of course). Another option: *Google Meet *works very similarly to Zoom, and is free to use as host for anyone with a google/gmail account (google meet conference can include non-gmail emails). I think it works at least as well as zoom - may have slightly higher bandwidth demands...
