Last night our NARGS chapter held a Zoom meeting that included an excellent slide presentation, with narration, by Christine Ebrahimi. Although many of us are not expert at Zoom, I think it went well, and the photos were beautiful. Christine was able to back up and advance the images as necessary, and the resolution appeared good. It occurs to me that many PBS members probably have already prepared slide programs for a club or event, and I wonder if we would like to share them in this way. I think the "program" would have to be fairly short (ours last night was about half an hour), and we'd have to choose a time when a wide geographic range of members could attend. (I have bad memories of working for a publisher in Berlin while I was living in Oregon.) Would you like to discuss this? And meanwhile, can somebody tell me what the trick is with light so that one's face looks normal instead of blue? I think it's the light coming from the computer screen, but many attendees at our meeting looked right; one (another PBS member) even had mastered the art of placing herself on a chosen background, and appeared to be enjoying a sunny day by a mountain lake.
