Yoli, I agree with you that it's likely chlorosis. I also agree with the person who suggested planting them in the ground, in a good garden bed with rich, fluffy, loose, moist soil. But if that's not possible, I'd suggest repotting in larger pots, and supplementing the soil with a slow-release fertilizer. I think lilies in pots use up their nutrient supply and need some supplementation. You could also top-dress every year with worm castings or rich compost.
