In addition to the wonderful but much too short segment about the Saunders on Gardener's World, Mark Perry (nephew) emailed me the website that Fiona Ross is using to update us all on the progress of her work on their gladiolus book. Matters are progressing very well as apparently work was actually quite far along towards publication before Fiona took on the task. There's a place to subscribe to updates on Fiona's progress with the book. I'm relatively new to bulb growing in general and even more so to South African bulbs, especially the gladiolus, and the flowers are incredibly exquisite. I had no idea how large the world of bulbs really is!
