Recent sights of Chilean geophytes

Since there is also a different plant, Rhodophiala montana, I wonder 
what's going on here. The former (?) Rhodophiala rhodolirion is 
completely different from Rhodophiala montana. Did someone put the 
latter in Rhodolirion and do something else with R. rhodolirion?
