Well, the leaves are not poisonous - the bluebells are browsed regularly by deer which ignore the trilliums and erythroniums growing among them. The deer never eat snowdrops, daffodils, or iris. I was re-reading an old RHS Journal. (The Garden, by the Royal Horticultural Society) which said they are resistant to most herbicides and should be dug out and disposed of responsibly - don’t toss them in the woods.
