Dear Jay and all, Last winter was a killer with some record cold days and extensive spring drought that killed quite a few long term plants. ‘Glory’ got hit too, but managed to come up and bloom right next to ’Super Ellen’. It is a beauty. for Zone 6 and with mulch much of Zoine 5, Enjoy and congrats. Jim W. On Jan 5, 2019, at 8:31 PM, Jay Yourch <jay.yourch@gmail.com> wrote: I made this Crinum hybrid back in 2005. It flowered for the first time in 2009 and in 2011 a few offsets were distributed for evaluation to PBS members Tony Avent and Jim Waddick. It performed well during evaluations and now it's been introduced by Plant Delights Nursery. If you admired Crinum 'Glory', here's a chance to grow one in your own garden. I have no financial ties to Plant Delights Nursery, so I make no money from their sale. https://plantdelights.com/collections/new-plants/… Other excellent new Crinum introductions which may interest you were found or hybridized by our friend Alani Davis: https://plantdelights.com/collections/new-plants/… https://plantdelights.com/collections/new-plants/… _______________________________________________ pbs mailing list pbs@lists.pacificbulbsociety.net http://lists.pacificbulbsociety.net/cgi-bin/… Dr. James Waddick 8871 NW Brostrom Rd Kansas City, MO 64152-2711 USA Phone 816-746-1949 _______________________________________________ pbs mailing list pbs@lists.pacificbulbsociety.net http://lists.pacificbulbsociety.net/cgi-bin/…
